    Little overwhelmed with negative impact of animal-based diet in comparison with plant-based diet.

    The quizzes and videos provided a comprehensive introduction to vegan cooking, plant-based ingredients and traditional Italian techniques, covering topics from tofu and seitan preparation to vegan cheeses, sauces, pastas, and desserts, while highlighting nutritional, culinary, and environmental aspects of plant-based diet.
